By using Hotelord services, you consent to this policy and to processing required for bookings and related services, including visa/forex facilitation where requested and legally permitted.

For visa processing, visa decisions are solely at the discretion of the relevant authority. Applicable fees collected during processing may be non-refundable as per policy and third-party rules.
